I meant to write to
you tonight and THANK YOU THANK YOU for recommending Keith
Harris. He just got a new computer for me and over the last week,
we've been through the oh-so-complicated process of taking
everything off the old one, putting it on the new one and teaching
me the new procedures. He is cheerful, efficient, lucid and
values his own time. Need I say more? What a treasure.

I'm
back, you're back and time to get back to "normal" life. I want to
give you hugs and many thanks for sending Keith Harris into my
life. I feel reborn. I think the computer problems that have been
